Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience at LYVSTOR. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return.

Return Guidelines

• A parcel opening video is mandatory for all return requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits.

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• The product should be unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

• The parcel opening video is not provided.

• The product is used, altered, washed, or missing original tags/packaging.

• The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.

• Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
