LYVSTOR – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and want to ensure your shopping experience with LYVSTOR is smooth and worry-free. Please read our step-by-step policy carefully.


1. Return Policy

If you face an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), you may request a return.

a. Return Guidelines

  • Request must be made within 1 day of delivery.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory. It must clearly show the sealed package being opened in one take (no cuts/edits).

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging.

b. Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  1. No parcel opening video is provided.

  2. The product is used, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging.

  3. The request is raised after 1 day of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

a. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as shown in the parcel opening video.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the product is used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

b. Refund Process

  1. Approved refunds will be initiated within 2-7 working days.

  2. Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  3. COD orders: Refunds will be done via UPI or bank transfer.


3. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or defective product, you may request an exchange.

a. Exchange Conditions

  1. Request must be made within 1 day of delivery.

  2. Parcel opening video is mandatory.

  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, a refund will be processed instead.


4. How to Raise a Return/Refund/Exchange Request

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


5. Important Notes

  1. LYVSTOR reserves the right to approve/reject requests based on policy terms.

  2. All requests (return, refund, exchange) start with a valid parcel opening video.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Charges Policy

  • For COD orders, a small advance/handling charge may be collected to confirm the order.

  • This COD/advance charge is strictly non-refundable if the customer rejects or refuses to accept the parcel.

  • If the customer has made a full prepaid payment and then rejects the parcel, only the product amount (excluding COD/advance/shipping charges, if any) will be refunded, subject to return approval.
